Horrible service since day 1. For a company that's been open for 20 years one would think they know how to deal with their customers and be on time.
I was in a motorcycle accident and had asked them to assist me to claim for the Road Accident Fund, I was told to drive to them for consultation, which i couldn't as my motorcycle was written off. They then said they would send a driver to pick me up between 8-9am, at 9:20am still no sign of any driver and the person whom I was contacting on whatsapp told me to make use of my own transport after I had told them I dont have transport.
If this is what it's like dealing with this company in the start only I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them.
Horrible customer care, beyond Horrible, the attitude they give when you talk to them on whatsapp as well.
