Misleading at best

This company contacts you asking if they can send you a free sample of their products. Once you agree to the free sample they suddenly send you a 25lt drum of chemicals with a invoice for R3300, when contacting them to return the product as it is not what was agreed they become aggressive and demand payment or they will hand you over. Complaint lodged with the CGSO.
