Alarm faulty, reported on Wednesday promised a call back, reported on Thursday promised a call back, reported again today and still no call back or attendance to the problem since Wednesday. Seems as if ADT has become complacent and not interested in taking customers seriously and should a incident occur they will just say its not their problem although the alarm has been reported for 3 days in a row and they just don't care.

Misleading at best
This company contacts you asking if they can send you a free sample of their products. Once you agree to the free sample they suddenly send you a 25lt drum of chemicals with a invoice for R3300, when contacting them to return the product as it is not what was agreed they become aggressive and demand payment or they will hand you over. Complaint lodged with the CGSO.
