Ridiculous Service From DSL Telecom

I decided to get my Mother Uncapped LTE connection through DSL connect, the registration process was seamless however right after I received my package they stopped helping me... I have had the router for 6 days now and I'm still not connected.

I reached out to KG who assisted me with registering but now she just ignores me, I tried sending an email to the support team & I even tried their WhatsApp and still I haven't received any assistance.
