I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. THEY DO NOT CARE, EVEN THE MANAGER DO NOT CARE.
It has been 2 weeks since I wrote the first review about Dstilez Auto Fourways and they do not seem bothered to resolve the matter. I have still not received my money 2 and half months after they sold my car and I am still taken from pillar to post and it does not seem like I will get my money anytime soon. Beware of this dealership if you plan to have them sell your car be prepared that you will never get your money. As I have resorted to communicating with the manager, Mervin. After seeing my review on Hello Peter he said that I must remove the review as he is trying to help me and I am hurting his business by my review. My response was that I will remove it once I get my money. Sir, you are not helping me, you are supposed to pay me what is due to me. Please do not make it sound like you are doing me a favor by paying me what is due to me. I brought business to your dealership, now I must beg for my payment months after my car is sold? Since I said that I will not remove the review until I get my payment, Mervin said that going forward I must not talk to him anymore I must liase with the office with regard to enquiring about my payment. I started talking with him as the manager because the office was also making me run around for my money for 2 full months and I thought speaking with the manager will help. But it was also weeks of empty promises with him also. Now he say I must not talk to him anymore. What kind of manager say that? Especially after I have been so patient waiting for my money for so long. The reason why I sold my car is because I wanted the money very bad. Now I have no car and I have no money and the dealership keep playing hide and seek with me making promise after promise which are just delaying tactics. I have spent a lot of money on so many calls every day calling their office just to receive false hope each day. I am getting in contact with EX Repo to help me get my money now since even the manager does not want to get involved. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO FIGHT FOR MONTHS FOR YOUR MONEY

Its almost 2 months after my car was sold and I have not received any payment. I was dealing with Ronald who promised me that payment is done 2 weeks after the car is sold. Up until today 26/08/2025 I have not received payment. Its excuses after excuse. Everyday I am enquiring and I am told my payment will be done before the end of the day, but it never comes. Its been dragging for almost 2 months now. I ended up communicating to the CEO Mervin on a daily basis. But nothing happened. its been another 2 weeks of everyday promise but no payment. They claim they have cash flow problem. How can they have cash flow problem if my car is sold it means they got paid for it. I am so frustrated at the moment as my car is gone now and I have nothing to show for it. Before taking my car to them I have read the reviews but for some reasons I ignored them. Please do not ignore the reviews. You will cry alone. They sell your car and use the money to pay old clients.

Dissatisfied and disappointment
This is just a warning NOT to make use of Dstilez Auto!!! We entrusted them to sell our vechile in Feb 2025. It is August 2025 and we still have not received anything!!!! We are following up daily, and most of the times don't even receive a reply. If there is a reply it's full of promises but no action!!!!

This is just a warning NOT to make use of Dstilez Auto!!! We entrusted them to sell our vechile in Feb 2025. It is August 2025 and we still have not received anything!!!! I entrusted this dealership to sell my vehicle on consignment. The car sold on 12 June, yet over five weeks later, I haven’t received a single cent. Our contract required payment within two weeks, but the dealership promised payment by a date even later — around 11 July — which they missed. Initially, they blamed FICA, then switched to “cash flow issues.” They admitted to “acquiring funds” but never confirmed these were from my sale. The sale funds were received on 12 June, so they should have paid me. I am not a creditor to them; they had a legal duty to pay me promptly. Claiming they don’t have the money is a clear breach of agreement. By saying they are “acquiring funds” to pay me, they’re effectively admitting they don’t have my money and are treating me like a creditor. As my agent, they must keep my money separate and pay without delay. Withholding my proceeds under the guise of cash flow problems could be ******** withholding or even theft, since the sale funds exist. This breach of trust is why I’m pursuing legal action. After their promised payment date passed, they went silent — no communication, no proof of payment, no updates. I’ve raised this with Mervin Pather repeatedly, but he has remained silent. I anticipate I may have to return here to report receiving partial payments without any payment plan agreed to by me. According to the contract, the full amount was due to be paid in full, yet so far that has not happened. Tomorrow, 22 July, I will be taking time out of my day to go to the police during work hours to open a theft case. After that, I will proceed to the Randburg Magistrate Court to open a civil claim against them. This has caused me stress, sleepless nights, and frustration. The dealership shows no remorse, urgency, or respect for their legal obligations. Avoid this dealership at all costs. If you consign your vehicle here, be prepared to chase your own money while they hide behind excuses. This is a betrayal of trust and a serious warning to anyone considering doing business with them.

Recently purchased a Toyota from Mr. Mervin @ Dstilez Auto. Let me start by saying 5 stars isn`t enough for the fantastic service that was provided by Mr. Mervin. I have always reached out to Mr. Mervin when purchasing a vehicle and this is my 4th car buying from him, from the beginning to the end i was very happy and satisfied with the outstanding service i always receive from Mr. Mervin and his team.
