Car dealership ****s people buy taking their cars to be sold and never paying them their money. Also when you buy a car from them, it will never be registered on your name.

Failure to pay my holding deposit
I gave WeBuyCars Germiston a holding deposit for a car on May 6, 2025, but I ended up buying a car from another dealer, therefore I canceled the WeBuyCars transaction on May 7. It has been over a month after I paid the holding deposit, and I have been having trouble getting my money back. I am writing this review on June 27. Every two days, I phone and am told the same falsehood: my money has been paid. I really believe that holding deposits are the largest *****, so I strongly advise against paying them.

Poor Service
<p>I would like to express the disappointment of the poor service I received from General Motors. My wife took her Chevrolet Spark 1.2 LT at a millage of 51020 km on the 12/10/2016 in for the gearbox or clutch to be inspected as it frequently fails to engage second gear. The vehicle was kept the whole day and and she paid R835.60 upon collection, but the problem was never sorted out. She is still struggling every morning to drive the car as the problem is still persisting. This is really frustrating and sometimes she takes her eyes of the road just to see what the gear is doing which puts her at risk of being involved in an accident. I feel that GM is discriminating as she is a woman or deliberately avoiding to sort out this issue as the vehicle will soon be out of service plan and warrant at 60 000 Km so that they are not responsible for the repairs. This issue needs urgent attention before something bad happens.</p>

Failing to cancel a contract
<p>I cancelled a cotract with mtn in September 2015 and recieved a confirmation that it is. To my surprise I discovered that I'm still being debited to date. I forwarded several email and called with no luck. Mtn is the worse and most useless service provide ever and would not reccomend it to anyone.</p>
