Extremely bad service from DSV. MTN should get a different courier company. I upgraded at MTN to a new phone. It took 3 weeks before DSV contacted me for delivery, then after explaining in detail they still got the address wrong and now needed to send the parcel to another depot. Today they arrange for delivery and after I again asked what address they have it was the wrong one again. After confirming again exactly the address the informed me the can only deliver next week in my area. This will make it a month that I have to wait for my parcel.
