I made an arrangement with Nedbank Legal department to settle my credit card debt at a reduced amount, which I have done in time according to the settlement arrangement. This month I received an statement for the outstanding amount. When trying to e-mail or phone the department no one answers and e-mails are ignored, even the auto response e-mail with the contact numbers on does not work or exists. If a legal department is so useless imagine the rest of this company, Do not use Nedbank !!!!!
After a month and a week the courier eventually found my address only for the biometrics to fail. So no package today then. They have my ID, Acc Statement and Municipal Acc Statement in my name to verify me but they will rather rely on an inaccurate biometric system. pathetic company and they do not care about bad reviews because MTN does not care. Do not use DSV.
Extremely bad service from DSV. MTN should get a different courier company. I upgraded at MTN to a new phone. It took 3 weeks before DSV contacted me for delivery, then after explaining in detail they still got the address wrong and now needed to send the parcel to another depot. Today they arrange for delivery and after I again asked what address they have it was the wrong one again. After confirming again exactly what the address is they informed me they can only deliver next week in my area. This will make it a month that I have to wait for my parcel from MTN

The Sanlam Loan department is harassing me with phone calls and sms's. If I answer and say I am not interested, they hang up and phone me the next day again. If I respond on the sms to cancel, nothing happens, I get another sms the next day, phone calls are up to 3 times a day. I will never support or use Sanlam service in life just because of this harassment.
This is by far the most pathetic and incompetent company I have ever experience. Not only can you not contact them other than a phone call, but if you give them directions and additional info it is not relayed to the driver, or their drivers are so dumb that they cannot follow simple instruction. I have now contacted them x4 times and explained in detail how to get to my premises, the phone consultant has even verified exactly where I stay and still they cannot deliver my package. FNB !!!! get another national couriers service as CCD Couriers is giving you a very bad name.
