Parcel Not Delivered

To whom it may concern.

My younger sister was expecting a package from UNISA with her books, but when the delivery arrived, no one was home to receive it. The driver named Khaya offered to keep the package till we were home... when we made arrangements with him via WhatsApp he first agreed but now he is not taking our calls nor responding to our texts. The package has books and it is from UNISA Pretoria Campus Parcel reference: 145484610010126 It is for Zamokuhle Sibiya. My sister is now falling behind with her schoolwork due to her not having her books as we all know that UNISA is distance learning.

Can anyone at DSV assist us please
