To whom it may concern. My younger sister was expecting a package from UNISA with her books, but when the delivery arrived, no one was home to receive it. The driver named Khaya offered to keep the package till we were home... when we made arrangements with him via WhatsApp he first agreed but now he is not taking our calls nor responding to our texts. The package has books and it is from UNISA Pretoria Campus Parcel reference: 145484610010126 It is for Zamokuhle Sibiya. My sister is now falling behind with her schoolwork due to her not having her books as we all know that UNISA is distance learning. Can anyone at DSV assist us please

So I did a credit application sometime in October and it was approved. Your employees from your Alberton branch kept pestering me to a point of texting me on WhatsApp. Finally made it to the store on a Saturday the 25th of October we then proceeded with the application. And I had opted for a Television. I was told it would be delivered on Monday the 27th of October. Your staff, Donna in particular asked that I pay the deposit in a form of hard Cash. I had to go to an ATM for that. Upon looking at the interest rates I saw them too high for me and decided to cancel the purchase first thing on Monday morning the 27th of October. And Donna herself told me that it'll be cancelled. I then enquired about the Deposit I had paid and I was told that I'll get a full refund. But till date I haven't received my refund. They always say I need to come to the store to get the cash but everytime I talk to them they say I should come yet when I get there they surprisingly don't have cash in the premises. I was told they can't transfer/deposit it into my bank account. I've been going back and forth with them from the sales guy: Kabelo to the managers Portia and Donna even a lady named Zama. But still nothing. In fact they are all now ignoring my WhatsApp texts. It's almost a month now and I still haven't received my money back! Beares Alberton branch and its management is just Bull****!
