I purchased a brand new Datsun Go from Nissan in November 2019, and less than a year later it completely broke down. It's been weeks at a dealership with no clear diagnosis or resolution. Nissan's customer service has been appalling, with no answers, no solutions, and no courtesy car offered. Given this experience, I will never buy another Nissan vehicle

Shocking!!!!! So Me and my parents bought a brand new 2015 Datsun Go at DTM Nissan George, I mean BRAND NEW!! After two years my car started to rust?? We went to DTM Nissan George who sold us the car and asked them what is going on, this car is brand new and is starting to rust?? They told me it is a MANUFACTURING FAULT AND THE FACTORY DID NOT PAINT THE CAR CORRECTLY. They have not done anything yet towards this matter for five years and have been struggling with them to tell my how they are going to fix it, the car was serviced by them until the warranty expired. After numerous emails, phone calls and emotions, they told us, it was never noted on the service records that the car started to rust, so they can not do anything it is our PROBLEM?? I MEAN HOW?? I WILL NOT LEAVE THIS HERE We have proof of every reference number and emails

About two weeks ago I approach DTM Nissan in George for finance on a vehicle. After the application was submitted and within two days I was informed that I was provisionally approved and needed to supply payslips and the deposit. 4 days later this was done and the deposit payed electronically over. Three days later I was informed that the deal is now declined and that they need more info. At this stage I have lost trust in DTM George and requested that my deposit be return. A week ago, the money was transferred back to me via a cheque without letting me know that it will take 7 days to clear. When I discover this I quired it with the FA that was handling the case who only responded two days later after I threaten her to speak to the DP. To date the DP didn’t return my calls. I have since lost a good deal with my deposit been held. The FA responds to all this is that their policy state that all refunds to customers must be by cheque. A big dealer like this still working with cheques and to gain the benefits to the disadvantage of the customer
