Datsun Go Faulty
In November 2019, I purchased a brand new Datsun Go from Nissan George. Less than a year later, the vehicle unexpectedly broke down completely. Despite taking it to the nearest Nissan dealership in Mossel Bay, my car had been there for months without a clear diagnosis or resolution before it was resolved. Nissan's customer service has been entirely unsatisfactory, with no concrete answers, solutions, or even the courtesy of a loaner vehicle. This experience has completely eroded my trust in the Nissan brand, and I will not be purchasing another Nissan vehicle.

Faulty Datsun Go
I purchased a brand new Datsun Go from Nissan in November 2019, and less than a year later it completely broke down. It's been weeks at a dealership with no clear diagnosis or resolution. Nissan's customer service has been appalling, with no answers, no solutions, and no courtesy car offered. Given this experience, I will never buy another Nissan vehicle

Upon collection of the vehicle when we bought it, I inquired multiple times with Mr. Schalk Roets regarding the required service interval. I was assured that the vehicle did not require immediate servicing. However, less than a month later, it was discovered that the vehicle was due for service. The earliest available service appointment was on 19 December 2022. Subsequently, it was revealed that a service plan was not included in the vehicle purchase, despite this being a standard requirement for our vehicle purchases. A formal cancellation of the sale was requested, in accordance with our rights, and communicated to Mr. Schalk Roets. To date, no response has been received. Furthermore, the vehicle has encountered several mechanical issues, including a faulty turbocharger, a burst water pipe, and a malfunctioning radio. While these issues were eventually rectified, they were not disclosed before purchase and, in some cases, were not covered by the extended warranty as claimed. Additionally, incorrect documentation was provided for the vehicle license renewal.
