If i could give them 0 stars it would be more accurate. Bought a vehicle from them, hid issues on the vehicle and later promised to pay for the repairs, now not even 5days into ownership the branch manager feels its to expensive and unnecessary repairs on the vehicle. One issue was apparently sorted and replaced before delivery only also to findout afterwards it was a lie and nothing was done except clean the oil leaks as I would see it on delivery. Just bad bad bad service. Then they call you for random OTP pins sent to your phone but can’t explain why they need it.

I traded in my well-maintained Mercedes AMG, worth over R1.5 million, for a Nissan Patrol from [Car Dealership Name], expecting a seamless transition. Instead, I've endured nearly a year of frustration and regret. The Nissan Patrol I received had multiple issues from day one, despite being assured it was in perfect condition. To make matters worse, [Car Dealership Name] has consistently failed to address these problems. I've been met with nothing but excuses, delays, and an alarming lack of accountability. To add insult to injury, the salesperson, Scholtz Fourie, actually hung up the phone on me during a call. This level of disrespect is beyond unprofessional. This dealership's complete disregard for customer satisfaction is astounding. Their sales team was quick to take my money, but when it came to delivering on their promises, they have ****, deceived and have not fixed the issues. I trusted them with a significant investment, and they completely betrayed that trust. If you're considering buying from Mosselbaai Nissan, I urge you to think twice.

In November 2019, I purchased a brand new Datsun Go from Nissan George. Less than a year later, the vehicle unexpectedly broke down completely. Despite taking it to the nearest Nissan dealership in Mossel Bay, my car had been there for months without a clear diagnosis or resolution before it was resolved. Nissan's customer service has been entirely unsatisfactory, with no concrete answers, solutions, or even the courtesy of a loaner vehicle. This experience has completely eroded my trust in the Nissan brand, and I will not be purchasing another Nissan vehicle.

Thank you Scholtz & Danie for the great service in buying one of your Pre-Loved Cars. These guys went the extra mile to ensure a good experience and came to the party to resolve a suspension issue with my FJ Cruiser.

I bought a VW Polo Bluemotion 1.2tdi 2012 model on 3 August 2021 from Nissan Mosselbay. Abrie was the sales person at the time. I traded in my old vehicle and paid in the difference for the new vehicle. I stay in Velddrif so Abrie said we must meet have way at Robertson to deliver the vehicle. On the day when I received the vehicle the spare key was not brought along as said and I was told the air bag light came on. I took the Polo to VW to get the airbag light fixed which I was reimbursed from Nissan. The vehicle was not registered in my name, so I received a temporary licence in the window which was valid for 25 days. I phoned Nissan Mosselbay constantly to send my papers and license plates as the temporary license is expiring. 5 Days after it expired, I received the documents and plates, so had to drive for 5 days without it being road worthy. I still haven’t received the second key yet after trying to contact Nissan Mosselbay. I started to notice the steering is not 100% after which I took it back to VW to check. They noticed that the steering rack was damaged with oil leaking out of the boot. Also, there was a red oil used instead of the correct green one. They quoted R26 000 to fix the steering rack I tried to contact the sales staff at Nissan Mosselbay with no one returning my calls or emails. Eventually I got the cell number of Chrito Henning the COO at Nissan Mosselbay. I explained to him my situation, but he did already know about me and the issue. I asked him what will be done regarding the steering rack and he said I must have topped up the reservoir with the wrong oil which I replied I did not top up anything or do anything to the vehicle. He then said I did not take out the vehicle insurance when I bought the vehicle so I am also liable, and the vehicle is old and can’t expect everything to be 100%. Christo said he wanted a full report on the issue from VW after I heard from VW that someone from Nissan did phone them to ask what could have been the cause of the problem. I told Christo that the service regarding the vehicle was very poor from the beginning and now this in which he replied that it is two different issues. I told Christo I will get the report and phone him back the next week but will go because I’m very upset about the how the whole thing is being handled after which he started to get sarcastic. I told him not to get sarcastic with me, which was followed by something he said that I could not hear and him putting the phone down. So currently the Polo is still standing by VW as they advise me not to drive it and no one willing to help me from Nissan side. This vehicle was bought from a Nissan Dealer in which Section 56 (2) of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) does apply

They have NO Care for their clients what so ever. We bought 2 Jeeps Cash from this dealer. When the second Jeep was brought up to Pretoria through drivers Mosselbay Nissan recommended, the Jeep arrived and we took it for a Test Drive as discussed before taking actual delivery of the Jeep ( this was arranged and discussed before hand) The vehicle overheated resulting in the head gasket to blow. We paid an amount of R324000, trusting that the Jeep will be reliable. When we contacted the dealership, we were told that the dealer principal will contact us. We waited the whole day for the call. The NEXT DAY the dealer principal contacted and immediately told us, its not their problem, and he also told us that they will not assist us and we should sort it out as once again its not their problem. This cost us R40 000+ to fix the head gasket. This is a pathetic dealership and i will not recommend anyone to do business with them unless you want to loose a lot of money. The fact is, they do NOT care about their clients, they do not care about looking after existing clients or getting future business. They are careless dishonest and pathetic.
