Pathetic! Thieves! Dishonest! This is the 3rd Hallo Peter review. Every time I get a reply that Vodacom will contact me. Since August I had to phone Vodacom 3 times because they do not get back to me as promised. I then stay on the line for 30 to 40 min being transferred to incorrect departments. I then get a Reference number after explaining my situation to 3 different departments. Then I recieve a sms to say that the problem was resolved which is not the case. In 2019 I opened a contract for 3 years!!! Dur to covid I fell behind on payments. I then contacted Vodacom to arrange for payment. In May 2022 the Contract was 3 tears old however I made the last payment in the beginning op August with the payment arrangement I made. Vodacom phoned me in July to say when I make the last payment beginning of August I must phone Vodacom to change my number to a Pay as You Go. When I phoned Vodacom to do so, I was informed that Vodacom extended my contract without my knowledge and permission. I could not afford the Contract in the first so who gave permission to extend the contact??? Now I started receiving invoices for the amount of R960. That is MORE than what my monthly installment was originally!!!!! Ontop of that my phone number was suspended so I can not use my number! I CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY THIS SO WHY DID VODACOM EXTEND THE CONTRACT?????? You better unsuspend my number and make it a pay as you go cause I did not sign or give any permission to extend the **** contract I could not afford in the first place. You are thieves!!!!
Thieves!!!!!!!!! I am disgusted with the way Vodacom thinks they can operate on client's profiles. I opened an account in 2019 and signed a 3-year contract with them. When Covid hit I could not keep up to date with my installments and the debit order was cancelled. After 3 months of trying to get hold of Vodacom to put a payment agreement in place, I paid my outstanding amounts every month right till the last day op July 2022 in full. In the beginning of July 2022, Vodacom phoned me to inform me that my last payment is payable end of July 2022 which I did and if I wish to upgrade they can assist, and if I do not wish to upgrade I can phone Vodacom after my last payment was made to change to a Pay as You Go to keep my number. Today I phoned vodacom after recieving an sms that stated that my contract will be converted back to the original contract within 24 hours. I contacted them as I do not was to renew the contract, and its been more than 3 yeard that I have been paying off this contract, Vodacom informed me that I am not allowed to cancel because they extended more months to my contract. I went ballistic because who gave Vodacom the right to extend my contract without my permission and without informing me? I have been struggling for more than 3 years to pay off this contract and now they want more money out of me? I do not even have the phone anymore, it broke that is how old this contract is. I informed Vodacom that they will have to get the recording of when Vodacom spoke to me in July to inform me that when my last payment is made, I can switch to Pay as You Go. I will fight Vodacom on this and I will put this up everywhere I can to warn people not to do any business with Vodacom as they are a bunch of thieves. I will not pay another sent to Vodacom and I informed them of this and I asked that that recording be kept. Vodacom has NO RIGHT to extend a contract if the client paid in full. It's disgusting how they try and rob people of their hard-earned money. I told Vodacom to give me the proof that I was informed in writing and where I gave permission to extend the contract. Its R700 a month I do not have to pay and have been saving to pay off this contract just for them to think they can do as they please and extend the contract. Vodacom if you read this, you better sort this situation out as I will not pay a cent more!!!!! My contract ended in MAY 2022 - we are in August already. I did not sign any contract other than the one I settled in July 2022. I will name and shame you where ever I go and I have a lot of time on my hands. Better start sorting out my account and phone me.! Vodacom Replied an promised to contact me. Its October already. I phoned again 3 times to try and resolve this issue that Vodacom caused. I recieved an Invoice for more that R900. This is higher than what my original installment was and they went ahead to extend the contract without my consent or knowledge. I can NOT afford this. Hence the payment agreement I asked for to pay off my original contract that ended in May of 2022. I will not pay this as I did not give permission to extend the contract!!! You are a disgusting. Stay away. I will keep ons exposing these thieves!!!!!!!

They have NO Care for their clients what so ever. We bought 2 Jeeps Cash from this dealer. When the second Jeep was brought up to Pretoria through drivers Mosselbay Nissan recommended, the Jeep arrived and we took it for a Test Drive as discussed before taking actual delivery of the Jeep ( this was arranged and discussed before hand) The vehicle overheated resulting in the head gasket to blow. We paid an amount of R324000, trusting that the Jeep will be reliable. When we contacted the dealership, we were told that the dealer principal will contact us. We waited the whole day for the call. The NEXT DAY the dealer principal contacted and immediately told us, its not their problem, and he also told us that they will not assist us and we should sort it out as once again its not their problem. This cost us R40 000+ to fix the head gasket. This is a pathetic dealership and i will not recommend anyone to do business with them unless you want to loose a lot of money. The fact is, they do NOT care about their clients, they do not care about looking after existing clients or getting future business. They are careless dishonest and pathetic. They promise to phone back after a review was posted on Hallo Peter. We are still waiting.

Vodacom is the most unprofessional ever. I just opened a new account 2 days ago online. After speaking to sales consultant, and after everything was approved, Sibongile Lidwaba phoned me to confirm my terms and conditions with me. It was also mentioned that the call was recorded. She said on recording that my phone will be delivered on 12 June 2019 - Wednesday, and that I need to make sure that I am at the office to take delivery of my new phone. She also said i must have proof of residence and my GREEN ID book. I said 100% I will be at the office. I am a sales rep for a BIG company, and time is money . I canceled all my clients for today to make sure I am at the office to collect my phone, like Sibongile Lidwaba asked me to do. Something told me that I should phone Vodacom just to make sure everything is in order for the delivery of my phone. And guess what, IT WAS NOT. After being transferred between 6 different people at different departments, no one could assist me. No one knew who read me my terms and conditions. My problem is, I live in a world where my time is my money, and because i canceled meetings today in order to collect my phone, i lost money. I MIGHT get my phone tomorrow like Tshipiso in sales department said, but RAM will phone me before they deliver. So no one is sure what is going on, and Vodacom think it is OK to arrange wrong times with clients and cost them money. I have to cancel more meetings for tomorrow in order to WAIT at the office with the hopes that my phone will get delivered tomorrow. If i could go without a phone this would have been no issue to wait for a phone, but I use my phone most of the day, and the longer I am without my phone the more money i loose. For the lady Sibongile Lidwaba who is costing me money, its just another day at the office. And this is now MY problem. However I am the client and Sibongile Ledwaba work for Vodacom, I am the one who needs to take the knock. THIS IS PATHETIC. I work with clients everyday of my life. And this is NO WAY to treat a client that have been a loyal paying client for 5 plus years. And to top it off, this is a NEW contract and already have problems. I am beyond upset and disgusted with the lack of urgency and customer client quality that was given.
