If you ever want to take a extended warranty through Telesure via Dial Direct, I promise you, don't. It took me 1 days to finalize my quote with the most sufficient help and everything went smooth, until I am not loaded on the system all of a sudden. The lady I spoke to does not exist. I spoke to 11 different people, 3 companies even the manager and just nobody can help me. A lady has all my personal information and now she just doesn't exist. If the service is like this, I don't even want to know how the claims will be. I decided to stay away from this extended warranty department.
