DTM Renault disappointing Service

Due to the lack of documentation I am starting to get the impression DTM is not trust worthy and are not doing their best to resolve issues on my car.

I have had a steering lock issue since 2018 and it has only now been "resolved" after the part completely seized and my car was not able to even start due to the steering lock mechanism failing. DTM advised it was a faulty battery and replaced it, Three weeks later the steering lock seized up again, permanently.

After requesting detailed information I have been ignored. When I point out areas I am concerned about I am met with defensive language and no documentation justifying actions taken. DTM refuse to take any responsibility or be proactive.

Very disappointed indeed.
