Due to the lack of documentation I am starting to get the impression DTM is not trust worthy and are not doing their best to resolve issues on my car. I have had a steering lock issue since 2018 and it has only now been "resolved" after the part completely seized and my car was not able to even start due to the steering lock mechanism failing. DTM advised it was a faulty battery and replaced it, Three weeks later the steering lock seized up again, permanently. After requesting detailed information I have been ignored. When I point out areas I am concerned about I am met with defensive language and no documentation justifying actions taken. DTM refuse to take any responsibility or be proactive. Very disappointed indeed.
Afrihist has turned off our internet for no reason. They claim we moved our mobile router and say it has been disconnected due to taking it out of range. We did not do this. There is no one returning our calls, whatsapps or request fir help logged on their system. This is the worst service provider and there is no one helping us after contacting afrihost on all plat forms. We feel so helpless. There are no penalties for them but we payed for everything and now we have nothing to show for it. We work from home! If we dont make an income we cannot pay you Afrihost!!! You are shooting us and yourself in the foot! This is pathetic! No responsibility from afrihist! No apology. What if we loose our clients and job for that matter?! Who is to blame then!!!!!??
