I see business doesn't respond to complaints but I will write anyway.
Took my car in for service and it came back with a strange noise. Luckily, I picked the knocking sound and raised it with the branch manager. He test drove the car with me, heard the noise but wanted me to pay extra R4K to get it fixed. When I refused and argued with him he banged my door and left me in the car. I followed him on foot and he rushed into back offices leaving me stranded.
I had driven the faulty car and out my life in risk, I will never take my car again to DTM.
The manager is really rude and doesn't admit fault. 🚮
