Dishonest Mechanic - Overcharged, Poor Service, and No Refund - Avoid at all costs

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Du Toits. Not only did they overcharge me for some basic parts (200 - 300% mark up), but they also failed to provide a refund for a part that their supplier never even had in stock! When he initially checked my vehicle, he promised a quick and efficient solution, but after weeks of back-and-forth, my car's issue is still unresolved.

On top of the inflated prices for the parts they did install, they charged me for a part which was essential for the repair, only to find out later that it was out of stock. Despite multiple calls, I have yet to receive a refund for this. The total lack of communication and accountability is shocking.

I’m left feeling cheated and deeply dissatisfied. Avoid this place at all costs if you value honest service and transparency
