Quite possibly the worst service I've ever received from a courier/shipping company. Had an urgent part needed to be shipped from Cape Town to Belgium. Was promised 4 to 7 days. Eventually arrived in Belgium 10 days later and then they proceeded to loose the parcel. Was told an investigation into the lost parcel would take up to 21 days. Would give negative stars if I could. Will never use again.
I strongly do not recommend using Du Toits Mobile Auto (Pty) Ltd. My experience with them was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. They overcharged me for parts, charging well above market prices, and on top of that, they billed me for a part that they never supp****. Despite my repeated attempts to address this and request a refund, they have yet to refund me for the part.
Dishonest Mechanic - Overcharged, Poor Service, and No Refund - Avoid at all costs I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Du Toits. Not only did they overcharge me for some basic parts (200 - 300% mark up), but they also failed to provide a refund for a part that their supplier never even had in stock! When he initially checked my vehicle, he promised a quick and efficient solution, but after weeks of back-and-forth, my car's issue is still unresolved. On top of the inflated prices for the parts they did install, they charged me for a part which was essential for the repair, only to find out later that it was out of stock. Despite multiple calls, I have yet to receive a refund for this. The total lack of communication and accountability is shocking. I’m left feeling cheated and deeply dissatisfied. Avoid this place at all costs if you value honest service and transparency
