For several weeks now, I have been given inconsistent and conflicting information by the repairer regarding the status of my vehicle repairs. Most recently, I was informed that additional parts required for the repairs have not yet been received, despite being assured last week that this matter had been resolved.
This pattern of misinformation and lack of transparency from the staff at Dube Auto Repairs is not only frustrating but also indicative of a significant lack of respect for me as a customer. I find this behaviour unacceptable and unprofessional.
I still have not received my vehicle. Discovery Insure should not even consider this repairer for their clients.
