Terrible service by Noel Kirsten from Courierit!!! This morning I received an SMS notification that I would receive my parcel today. I have been waiting and just received an SMS stating that my parcel has been delivered. I had not received any call notifying me of the delivery as the delivery address was my work place. The parcel was just left with the person at reception. This is pure carelessness as the parcel could have been lost. Please address this.
I am a regular shopper at Super Spar Amalinda in East London. Every time I go there I get the best service. It's clean and the service is quick even on pay days. There is always parking available. The food is always fresh and makes me come back for more. Not to mention the convenience of using their Spar2U Services. This store is one of the main reasons I find it difficult to relocate to another area within the city. Keep it up Management and staff.
I was referred to Dube Autobody in East London by Discovery Insure following an accident . After a long wait for my car and incurring costs due to car hire for over 2 months, they eventually released it. The repairer swapped out my car battery with an old one. This old battery required a jump start to function. I noticed this issue when I had to jump start the car in the morning following the collection of the car the previous day. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the battery had been changed. The accident assessment report confirms this. When I opened the bonnet, to jump start the car, I found a size 10 spanner left inside. The battery hold-down bracket was not installed by the repairer and is currently missing. There are exposed wires inside the bonnet and...and....and...... This *****ulent behaviour and substandard workmanship are completely unacceptable and pose significant risks to clients. Discovery Insure should seriously reconsider referring their clients to this repairer, as such practices jeopardize the safety and well-being of customers. The issues encountered, including battery swaps and incomplete repairs, demonstrate a lack of professionalism and integrity that should not be tolerated. Discovery Insure must ensure its clients receive quality service from reputable and trustworthy repairers. I had to purchase a new battery and take measures to secure it properly to prevent it from moving in the meantime to reduce the chances of serious harm or even a fatal accident. Currently, I am driving the vehicle because I can no longer afford the additional costs associated with renting a car. I have been incurring these expenses for over two months due to the repairer's delays. This has placed a significant financial burden on me, and I have had to take these temporary measures to continue driving “safely” while awaiting a proper resolution. Another sad part is that Discovery Insure has updated the status of these repairs as completed on their side. It is day 2 today after collecting the car and there is no clear direction either from Discovery Insure or the Repairer of how and when these will be resolved.

For several weeks now, I have been given inconsistent and conflicting information by the repairer regarding the status of my vehicle repairs. Most recently, I was informed that additional parts required for the repairs have not yet been received, despite being assured last week that this matter had been resolved. This pattern of misinformation and lack of transparency from the staff at Dube Auto Repairs is not only frustrating but also indicative of a significant lack of respect for me as a customer. I find this behaviour unacceptable and unprofessional. I still have not received my vehicle. Discovery Insure should not even consider this repairer for their clients.
