Dulux Exterior Weatherguard Streaking and very poor customer service to fix it

After recently painting my home with 2 colours of weatherguard and 3 coats of each, the one colour left terrible streak marks after a short rainfall (the other was 100% fine). After complaining to my builder who did the painting and to Dulux locally in Cape Town - they sent a representative to check it. She took a lot of pictures, measured the walls for moisture, poured water on the walls, etc. After a number of further questions regarding my water proofing, etc) - which were unhelpful as walls without the water proofing and walls with it had the same issue, and those with the other colour are all 100%.

The solution: wait 3 months and it should go.... wash the walls down then and it should be fine. I then tried to contact Dulux customer service - good luck if you try that. No response. Very poor.
