28 Nov 2025, 04:34Im shocked that a reputable brand like Dulux would handle a customer issue so poorly. I sent someone to buy paint on my behalf, and despite clearly communicating my lack of expertise, they were given the wrong color (gray instead of champagne). The result was a R10,000+ paint job gone wrong.
When I complained to Dulux Pretoria North's manager, she suggested that gray and champagne looked similar on her phone, citing her Hisense brand as the reason. I find this excuse unacceptable - these are clearly different colors, regardless of phone quality. I'm extremely dissatisfied and request a full refund, as I expect better service from a brand like Dulux.
