I'm extremely disappointed in how I'm being treated as a client. I've been loyal since 2019, never skipping a payment. I sent emails on Jan 16th making and arrangement to pay R18k and 20th to arrange the R5K payment, amidst a tough time - my grandfather recently passed away. Now, I am receiving calls refusing to amend the arrangement? 😤 To be honest, it's shocking. I've always been a responsible client, and this feels harsh. Can we revisit this? I'm struggling here. Do you all want to repossess my car because of R36K?
I am dismally hurt and disappointed by the service and reasoning.
I purchased a couch from Rochester, but they failed to deliver what was advertised. Despite giving them a second chance, the issue persisted. I've been waiting over 3 weeks for them to collect the couch, and their response time has been slow. I've requested a refund and provided proof of bank account details, but they keep asking me to resubmit the information. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication and being passed around. I want a full refund and expect better customer service. It's unacceptable that they're selling products without adequate management oversight. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!
