Amazing location and facilities. However, way too many bad reviews on Google and Booking.com due to management not addressing maintenance issues also poor staff training regarding customer service in the restaurant next to reception. We stayed in unit 2 Superior villa which had many simple to fix maintenance issues that detracted from their exaggerated claim to be 5-star. Other guests in the chalets and lodges complained of far worse maintenance issues which clearly have been ignored for a long time. A manager from head office I spoke to, who was on a site visit assured they were looking into the matter! However, I suspect the next time we visit the same issues will be present unaddressed.
