VIRTUALLY NO SERVICE RESPONSE.
Virtually no service for damaged suitcase, Reported damage (missing wheel) at airport on arrival, given a report and told to see if a shop can repair. Samsonite agent stated in report suitcase is irrepairable. Sent in claim reports, airtickets and boarding passes as requested and got email stating someone will contact me! Its been a week and no response. Their online chat is actually useless stating an email address for damaged baggage that is not active. Really annoying as Samsonite cases are expensive.

Useless online chat box and almost impossible to contact
Useless online chat box and almost impossible to contact. Their website online chat repeatedly transferred me to Mweb agent. Wasted over a hour trying to get them to transfer me to webafrica accounts agent. They need to get their own online Chat setup to handle Webafrica customers. For the past 5 years webafrica fibre has been perfect but when I try to upgrade their service lets them down. Come on guys if you want to exist get your act together.

Potentially good online provider BUT DELIVERY SIDE and POOR COMMUNICATION LETS THEM DOWN
Potential to be a good online business but repeats emails stating "order **** fulfilled" despite no actual delivery. They do provide a tracking number for third-party delivery service, tracking which stated on its way as of 23rd Nov........online order originally stated delivery 26th to 27th Nov (so I made sure I was home on those days) but as of today, 30th Nov I still have no idea when the actual delivery is actually going to take place! I had to remind livestainable that an order is not complete until vender receives payment and the customer has received the items ordered.

High Tech Turbo in Malvern, Jhb HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This company is amazing. Service is excellent from Workshop manager James. They repaired my leaking turbo on my 2012 Meredes E250 in Jan 2025 Today after 8 months I took the car back as another leak has started. I assumed it was the turbo again. High Tech Turbo put the car on the lift and discovered leak is not coming from turbo but the engine sump gasket is leaking badly. No charge and I can get my normal repaid garage to replace the sump seal. Everyone at High Tech Turbo are so friendly and obliging.

BRILLIANT SERVICE FROM HIGH TECH TURBO IN MALVERN, JHB
A very professional bunch of guys. In my case, the oil leak from the twin-turbo on our 2012 Merc E250 CDI was only WORN seals on the Boost pipe. Frankly, they could have told me a long story but were honest. They provided a full system diagnostic report. Even though they are an hour drive away, its worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIGH TECH TURBO

Poor start but acceptable ending
My initial contact with outsurance was poor, the salesman was arrogant & pushy demanding an answer yes or no at the end of the conversation. After his supervisor intervened and apologised the quote dropped twice but she still was pushy for an answer. We finally agreed a day later after I looked at other quotes and the salesman apologised but frankly overall initial experience was not great re customer service.

Unbelievable experience. Absolute pleasure.
I just bought a 9-month-old Suzuki Brezza automatic from them. What outstanding service. Johanna the sales lady was truly amazing, professional with a huge smile and went beyond our expectations. Such friendly staff from the manager to all the sales staff. Such a joy dealing with this dealership. I am still in awe of the total experience. Thanks guys cannot thank you enough.

Rove africa is an amazing travel agent, organizing everything from transport, hotel and tours. We have used Lance at Roveafrica a few times and highly recommends him. Lance has a lot of experience with Zanzibar and can advise the best resort to suit your particular needs and avoid those resorts not recommended.
