Very Unhappy

I am very unhappy. I booked for a week to take the kids there. These people are selling dreams. We were given a house with sunken beds, sunken sofas, cream/dirty linen. Cleanliness is questionable. I booked for 6 nights through RCI. I am just unhappy. I just checked out before time.Not worth the money. Just a SCAM.

I asked the staff whether the guests that stayed there before me were happy with the accommodation the they said yes. I guess I am the senile one for spending approximately R16000 through RCI for such disgusting accommodation.

The fireplace could even warm up the house. Not one aircon in site. A tiny little noisy television. I am just debilitated.
