I currently cannot afford my premium so I have received a better premium without compromising my safety.
I bought some groceries online at Mountain Lake Pick n Pay and the order did not generate but my money was deducted from my account and the amount is still an outstanding authorisation. I proceeded to go and buy at the store. When will I get my money back. And I really don’t want for them to credit my pnp wallet because I still went to buy the same things I wanted to buy online. When I call them I hold forever. I emailed them on the asagroceries email the don’t respond. What is the problem. And why is it that we struggle to buy online at Mountain Lake Pick n Pay?
I bought items R3473.09 last week. I am not getting communication any longer. Can someone please tell me if this company exists. How will I know what is happening if no one says anything…..
Miway Insurance always meets me halfway on my premiums. I am grateful for the efficacy of their customer service. I have never been disappointed. Thank you.
I wouldn’t recommend Dunkeld Country Estate because there is no service whatsoever. The basic furniture they provide is old and not ergonomically suitable for any family. The cleaning service is not efficient and are dishonest. They provide towels that are stained and you will definitely find someone else’s hair in them. The reception is not bothered by unsatisfactory guests. There is just no help there.
Since 3 May 2022 Mtn has been deducting money from my account. When I reverse it they take double the amount and even change dates of deduction. I don’t have a contract with them but they keep taking money from my account. I am very ****ed.
I am very unhappy. I booked for a week to take the kids there. These people are selling dreams. We were given a house with sunken beds, sunken sofas, cream/dirty linen. Cleanliness is questionable. I booked for 6 nights through RCI. I am just unhappy. I just checked out before time.Not worth the money. Just a SCAM. I asked the staff whether the guests that stayed there before me were happy with the accommodation the they said yes. I guess I am the senile one for spending approximately R16000 through RCI for such disgusting accommodation. The fireplace could even warm up the house. Not one aircon in site. A tiny little noisy television. I am just debilitated.

I am very upset. I received very bad service from Fastway Couriers. My parcel was picked up on Monday 20 September 2021 from Hartbee****rt.It was out for deliver 08:29am, 21 September 2021 and was returned to the depot. It was loaded today 22 September 2021 and was never delivered. I called the depot manager Abbysai Ranku to confirm where I live as per the address provided and directions and requested for the driver to call me when delivering my parcel on 21 September 2021. I sent an sms this morning of 22 September to also remind Abbysai of my parcel and I also called him and he dropped the phone on me. The service is 0 for me. I don’t why you don’t have the rating. I am disgusted. I paid for my contents being delivered and the delivery. What is there not to understand that I want my goods?
