Treating clients like a number

After being a loyal customer for more than 10years I realized that loyalty does not mean anything at your Goodwood branch. I waited for 5 hours to fit my coilovers and no apology from the manager Mr Botha. And in front of me he ask one of his staff to help another while busy with me. After I have been at there branch since 8am.and when I told him I am not happy with the price of the job after he quoted me a price over the phone. He denied or can't recall that he has given me a different price. He then after that just treated me as a number. I will never ever refer any business to this company again nor do business again at tonnesen Dunlop zone.
