DUNNS MOBILE FAULTY DEVICE: ONLINE RETURNS COLLECTION PROCESS FRUSTRATING!!

This star is for quick delivery... I'm unhappy with the return process. I bought a device for my daughter, received on Monday 26th January 2026, I discovered that it is faulty, it only works when connected to a charger... it doesn't switch on when not connected to a charger, I logged a return request online, and followed up with a call... lady promised to send a courier! I called again now (29th Jan 2026) following up and I'm told the courier can take between a month or 2 to collect! I spoke to them today on 0860007350.
