Bad service and hygiene not good

I wasn't happy with the place,it's not as clean as it is in their pictures,the rooms had ****roaches 😭😭,I'm talking about big ****roaches, imagine having to kill ****roaches ina hotel room and their staff where not helpful,they were rude a d took us from piller to post when we wanted to see the manager and complain to him directly,we moved to a another room the next day and I forgot my bathing gloves and I never got them back and they claimed housekeeping don't know anything about it.
