I placed an order with IBO international brands witch works with courier it on the 4th of July, on the 9th I got an email saying my parcel has been shipped, I called them 3times last week regarding my parcel with no luck, I was told it's not showing on the system they will get back to me, today I receive a call from their driver telling me that he cannot come to my address I must meet him at the taxi rank as my address is hight risk area, after waiting and calling them many times... I reported this at their office and I got the same excuse from the lady on the phone, I asked for a manager and she said he is at the meeting, I told her I want my parcels as its too late to be telling me what they are telling me, ti got call and this time it was a guy, I told him I've been waiting for my parcel since the above mentioned date and he told me my area is high risk as its an informal settlement they get hijacked, I told him I'm staying in a formal settlement, he further said they don't deliver in formal settlement because of hijacking... I told him hijacking is everywhere and if since when don't they deliver in locations.. I still waiting for my delivery.. Im so disappointed because this parcel should have reached me 2 weeks back
I have an account with jet which is now under rcs, so I've been paying my account in jet store and their tfg group stores and I was always upto date. So some months I would pay my account through my banking app using my account number as reference as their email says when they send a statement.. I paid into their FNB account. In July I realised that my the money is not going down on my statement and I called to get clarity but they failed to give me clarity. I called again until I was told that I missed payments which I did not. I send them my bank statement with my account number as reference showing that I paid, they took me from piller to post and demanded that I sent proof of payment from the bank which I did too but still the issue is still not resolved and I'm getting calls non stop and emails saying my account is in arrears. Worst of all is this is affecting my credit score. Please help me get my money allocated into my account and my name be cleared.
I have an account with jet that's now under rcs, I got a call saying I'm owing for 3 months and I not owing, I even send the proof of payments but I'm still getting annoying calls and emails... Its clear that people are not doing their jobs as I've been calling and even went to the store but they haven't resolved the issue and now it's affecting my credit score as it has dropped by 64.. And I'm already flagged a bad debt I can't even qualify for a loan that I really need 😞😞

I'd like to thank Leroy Merlin for a great service,I placed a order and opted for click and collect in Boksburg,more than 30min later I had not received my order confirmation,I called their number and explained my situation as I was panicking because the tiles were needed to complete the job. A lady by the name of Sephiri helped me and made sure my problem is resolved asap ..thank you Sephiri and Leroy Merlin for a great service..I love your scan and pay service in store too🥂
