I am really disappointed at the poor customer care at Durban Central panelbeaters. My Kia Soul has been with your company since Mid March. It has a problem of the bumper having come off in an accident. The insurance approved the job and other extra damages that were picked up after the car was stripped. I was informed last week that the bumper clips are in a back order and will take 3 weeks to come from Kia. I have requested a courtesy car in the meantime and was told that I am number 25 on the waiting list. I really have a problem with this. I have asked for the bumper to be put on temporarily so that the vehicle can be used by me and when the parts arrive I can bring it in. I have still not received a reply. I think it is very unacceptable that a bumper repair will take 2 months by the time I get the car and in all that time I get no courtesy car. This is not the type of service I am expecting from a group that claims to be one of the best panelbeaters. I have also gone on your Facebook page and noted many service delivery complaints Please look into this and provide a satisfactory solution or at least a courtesy car if the car is going to be with your company for such a long time.
