This panel beater has been authorized to repair my car. I was supposed to take the care in for repair on the 10/02/2026 which was still long after my damages. They don't call at all, the only thing they know is to send sms to say they can't get hold of me and this is the second time they treat me this way. They treated me this way in 2024. They have now changed my date from 10feb to 25 Feb. I wonder what kind of professionalism is this. I don't think they take people serious as even the person and understand how disturbing and bad it is to drive damaged car

I would like to share the following then people can make their own assumption. In January 2025 my wife experienced an unexpected incident with her vehicle. Our insurance company selected the above company as preferred repairer. On the 15th of January 2025, I contacted them to arrange the repair and was told they can only book the vehicle in on the 3rd of February 2025, but they will continue with ordering the parts. Up to 31st January 2025 we haven't heard anything from them. On the 31st my wife had to make arrangements to drop the vehicle same day as it suits us. During handover we had a discussion about repairs and was told vehicle should be ready 7th February 2025. Today is the 12th February 2025 with no word from them. When I phone to enquire, I was then told the vehicle is now in for polishing and they still awaiting a part and vehicle would be ready either today or tomorrow. LET SEE!!!

I would like to send a compliment for Tama and the 2 ladies working at the reception I received a wonderful service from them.They are friendly and professional.Their customer service was the best for me.They were very helpful to me My experience with Durban central panel beaters has been fantastic. This was an email sent to Outsurance regarding the poor choice of panel beater thay have on their panel.. Hi Letso I hope you are well. The vehicle is still at the Durban panel beaters for almost 3 months now. Their service has been shocking 1) No feedback on Haval vehicle repairs except when I request 2) The feedback is not true or they are *********** and take a long time to do things they say they are busy doing 3) No loan car to date 4) Les Chapman, the owner has not returned 2 of our calls over the past ¾ weeks 5) I doubt the integrity of this company (even though our family have used them over the past 40 years) 6) Even when they were short of a spare, and I sourced it (via themselves) from Haval Tolgate branch, there were lies and misinformation that amazed me and the Haval franchise owner (Bosch tollgate Branch) George. Then when were solving the Axel spare , Durban panel beaters changed it to waiting on a bearing ???(I physically went into Durban Panel beaters and to Bosch at the time 7) I have gotten many battery disconnects from my tracking company and doubt what is happening to my car parts. 8) To alleviate these doubts I will be taking the vehicle to DEKRA for a full detailed report of my Haval 9) I have whatsapp promises of the next day, with the completion 1 to 2 weeks later…ALL BACKED UP ON MY WHATSAPP This service has been shocking and I am surprised how you can have such a low caliber Durban Panel Beaters on your suppliers list. I will definitely make plans to do business with companies that provide a loan car in the future for longer periods....

I am really disappointed at the poor customer care at Durban Central panelbeaters. My Kia Soul has been with your company since Mid March. It has a problem of the bumper having come off in an accident. The insurance approved the job and other extra damages that were picked up after the car was stripped. I was informed last week that the bumper clips are in a back order and will take 3 weeks to come from Kia. I have requested a courtesy car in the meantime and was told that I am number 25 on the waiting list. I really have a problem with this. I have asked for the bumper to be put on temporarily so that the vehicle can be used by me and when the parts arrive I can bring it in. I have still not received a reply. I think it is very unacceptable that a bumper repair will take 2 months by the time I get the car and in all that time I get no courtesy car. This is not the type of service I am expecting from a group that claims to be one of the best panelbeaters. I have also gone on your Facebook page and noted many service delivery complaints Please look into this and provide a satisfactory solution or at least a courtesy car if the car is going to be with your company for such a long time.

Thanks to Maggie for being a wonderful consultant, she kept me informed with the progress on my vehicle, even at the time when my insurance gave them a hard time. Thanks for a wonderful service
