This was an email sent to Outsurance regarding the poor choice of panel beater thay have on their panel.. Hi Letso I hope you are well. The vehicle is still at the Durban panel beaters for almost 3 months now. Their service has been shocking 1) No feedback on Haval vehicle repairs except when I request 2) The feedback is not true or they are *********** and take a long time to do things they say they are busy doing 3) No loan car to date 4) Les Chapman, the owner has not returned 2 of our calls over the past ¾ weeks 5) I doubt the integrity of this company (even though our family have used them over the past 40 years) 6) Even when they were short of a spare, and I sourced it (via themselves) from Haval Tolgate branch, there were lies and misinformation that amazed me and the Haval franchise owner (Bosch tollgate Branch) George. Then when were solving the Axel spare , Durban panel beaters changed it to waiting on a bearing ???(I physically went into Durban Panel beaters and to Bosch at the time 7) I have gotten many battery disconnects from my tracking company and doubt what is happening to my car parts. 8) To alleviate these doubts I will be taking the vehicle to DEKRA for a full detailed report of my Haval 9) I have whatsapp promises of the next day, with the completion 1 to 2 weeks later…ALL BACKED UP ON MY WHATSAPP This service has been shocking and I am surprised how you can have such a low caliber Durban Panel Beaters on your suppliers list. I will definitely make plans to do business with companies that provide a loan car in the future for longer periods....
Hollywood bets **** people of their money. i did a test R100...it is weeks and you cannot withdraw. their system keeps returning the money back even if you use another bank....escaleted to customer care...nothing is done, email helpline is faulty...stay away or test with small money as i have done
