Wouldn't recommend them. The the******s were chatting to each other while doing the massage and there was a lot of noise in the reception area. Definitely not an appropriate ambience for a spa.
I traded in my vehicle with a dealership 2 weeks ago. The dealership has already settled Wesbank for the settlement amount. However the account still hasn't been closed by Wesbank. I emailed Wesbank and still no reply. To top it all Wesbank is asking for proof of insurance for the vehicle I traded in. I cannot believe how inefficient Wedbank is.
Please note that the upgrade cancellation still hasn't been done. On Monday I was told that it will take up to 48 hours. Yesterday the after sales team confirmed that the upgrade cancellation still hasn't been done. Please cancel immediately as it is now more than your own promised 48 hours
I placed an online order for a data renewal package last week. I gave in all the details including the cell number to contact me on. The order is till pending.bi made numerous calls to the call center to query and was told that a note is made on the system to contact me. Still no calls despite me giving them the number to call me on. I requested them to cancel the deal and still not done. I keep getting told that they will call me.
I traded in my vehicle that has a netstar unit on it. The dealership got another netstar unit installed in the new vehicle. I have emailed and tried to call netstar to cancel the unit on the vehicle traded in. There has been no response to my emails sent to customer care or cancellations except for the automated email. I tried calling on a few occasions and held on for more than 10 minutes and my call was cut off. This is really terrible customer care. I even messaged on messenger service via Facebook and the netstar page. I keep getting the same generic response that someone will contact me. Still no response. I have been a netstar client for 23 years but looks like it's time to move elsewhere
I sent my Hyundai Grand creta to Durban South branch on 25 March. the problem of the rattle is still there, nobody from the branch did a followup to see if all was well after the service and my clock time was completely off. I will not send my vehicle back to you guys for servicing again.
I am really disappointed at the poor customer care at Durban Central panelbeaters. My Kia Soul has been with your company since Mid March. It has a problem of the bumper having come off in an accident. The insurance approved the job and other extra damages that were picked up after the car was stripped. I was informed last week that the bumper clips are in a back order and will take 3 weeks to come from Kia. I have requested a courtesy car in the meantime and was told that I am number 25 on the waiting list. I really have a problem with this. I have asked for the bumper to be put on temporarily so that the vehicle can be used by me and when the parts arrive I can bring it in. I have still not received a reply. I think it is very unacceptable that a bumper repair will take 2 months by the time I get the car and in all that time I get no courtesy car. This is not the type of service I am expecting from a group that claims to be one of the best panelbeaters. I have also gone on your Facebook page and noted many service delivery complaints Please look into this and provide a satisfactory solution or at least a courtesy car if the car is going to be with your company for such a long time.

I sold my car and am still waiting for the refund for my extended service plan. The plan has never been used. I sent the proof of settlement letter from the bank and still have not received any reply from Liquid Capital. I tried calling the customercare and i couldnt get through. I also had an extended warranty that I canceled and it has already been paid out to me.
I had canceled and out my studies in hild due to personal reasons. The university without sending me a letter, email or phoning me hands over my account balance( which i did not know i had)for collection. Very unprofessional
