Point Waterfront Apartments Accommodation - Very low standard with poor maintenance

Booked a 3 bedroom with a hot tub. I checked in at 6.30pm and left by 9pm. No hot water in the apartment at all. Aircon was not cool at all. Blowing air. Looks like the maintenance overall is poor. A guy came up playing with the tap and aircon for 1 hour.

Thats not the worst of it.

The next day:

You expect the manager to give you a courtesy call to say sorry. Dont expect anything from management, they denying me a refund due to me giving them a negative review.
