DURBAN POOL SOLUTIONS - 100% PROFESSIONAL
It is such a pleasure to be able to post a positive review on Hello Peter, than a complaint. Stunning service from Durban Pool Solutions. From the advice and guidance given from the office, to the efficient Technician who came out to address my issue with our pool, (always on time), professional and efficient. Absolute pleasure dealing with them.

From the advice and guidance given from the office, to the efficient Technician who came out to address my issue with our pool, (always on time), professional and efficient. Best service ever!!!
I always believe that credit must be given when it's due, I had a problem with my pool weir. It was leaking badly at the bottom. (The L shape fitting was rusted beyond repair) I phoned a pool company in Westville and left a message to phone me urgently but up to now am still waiting for them to phone me back. I then got hold of Durban Pool Solutions and spoke to Michael and within an hour Jono came, removed the rusted, L shape fitting and he showed me that the new nonmetal fitting just could not fit deep enough. (This fiberglass weir was massive, old and fitted in 1974!!) To cut a long story short, Michael gave me a very reasonable quote and by the end of the next day, last week Friday, the new weir was fitted, tiled around the much smaller weir and looking stunning. I had to wait for Sunday to top the pool with water. Everything was done very professional, neat and very reasonable priced. I just wish that there were more companies like Michael's!! A pleasure to deal with and always helpful!!

Service Par Excellence
This is probably the most professional and reliable pool company in the upper highway area. My pool turned green and was told by two other companies that my pool needed to completely drained and refilled to be sorted. Quoted and sorted. No unnecessary talk or sales pitches. They came in over a period of 5 days and sorted it out. Sparkling pool for the hot summer days. Thanks to Mike and the team.
