Brilliant Customer Experience
Fantastic array of high end decor. Jenny has a “hands on” interaction with customers. We purchased a few items and from check out, customer service and delivery, she absolutely scored top points. Goods delivered by a reliable courier company and the invoice was signed by her personally! What a bespoke touch! Will certainly recommend Jenny Robert.

Brilliant Service
Was a great experience shopping at Cielo Ballito. Salesperson Manisha was courteous and extremely helpful in finalizing our purchase of a dining suite. Deal was concluded and items were delivered about a week later in showroom condition. Each item arrived in meticulously packaged boxes and protective foam. Would definitely recommend Cielo Ballito

Service Par Excellence
This is probably the most professional and reliable pool company in the upper highway area. My pool turned green and was told by two other companies that my pool needed to completely drained and refilled to be sorted. Quoted and sorted. No unnecessary talk or sales pitches. They came in over a period of 5 days and sorted it out. Sparkling pool for the hot summer days. Thanks to Mike and the team.

Poor Client Service
Worst experience with this crowd. Purchased a panel and accessories. Panel did not suit application as it was slightly oversized in dimensions. Panel was unused still in factory packaging. Took it in for return but was received with suspicion and a very onerous and bureaucratic return process. Had about 5 people “investigate” the return. All of the responses were patronizing and frustrating. After much fuss, refund was issued. To date the accessories that I purchased where not supplied as their claim that the supplier had not delivered. Absolutely no response from sales person beyond that with a definitive timeframe. I would strongly discourage anyone from supporting this company as they certainly don’t value paying customers.

Service Excellence
Had the electrical switches that I needed. Called their call centre and was greeted with excellent customer service from that point onwards. Ordered online, made payment and 2 days later the shipment arrived at my home address. Would definitely recommend LiveStainable

Terrible customer service and endless issues with my fibre
Terrible customer service and endless issues with my fibre. They continue to shift blame to the fibre infrastructure provider. Had my ONT replaced 3 times and still intermittent fibre connection. Stay far far away from Cybersmart. I have now switched to Mind The Speed and they are world class in terms of service and product. They make Cybersmart look like amateurs!

Brilliant product and awesome service
Brilliant product and awesome service. Ordered touch up paint and it arrived at my delivery address the next day. Product is exceptionally good quality and the kit is excellently packaged in a plastic case. Would definitely recommend Scratch Fix Pro

MTS Poor Service
It is sad that I have to write this poor review for a company from which I had high expectations. Its been 7 days to date and I am without a fibre connection. Promises, promises and more promises and still no progress. MTS has a TAT with VUMATEL of 48hrs but this has long elapsed and it seems nothing is being done.

Mind The Speed The true #1 ISP in SA
What an absolute breath of fresh air dealing with an amazing ISP. The sales person, Lindiwe Omed made the migration from Cybersmart to MTS seamless and easy. Don’t be misled by Cybersmart “claiming” to be number 1 in SA. They have been left in the dust by MTS and others. I left Cybersmart after 12 years of having them as my isp due to horrible client service, continuous down time on my fibre and just being absolutely irreverent towards me as a customer. Took them 2 months to get my fibre to work and thereafter continuous downtime which they blamed VUMATEL for. On 2 occasions had the VUMATEL techies test the line at my place and who showed that the line speed was at full strength. MTS on the other hand has been absolutely first rate and kudos to Lindiwe for your real time communication and friendly disposition. Will definitely rate MTS as the true no 1 small ISP is SA. Keep up the great work.
