Damages by contractors and no payment for repairs

Durban retainer walls did some work on my sisters house whilst utilizing my property. The unprofessional manner in which they carry out their work, the noise and continous screaming . Damaging things in my yard in the process. These contractors took out my fully functional line poles and when it was confirmed that they will replace them they did a job of making a bigger mess . The site manager screams and swears. They were several damages to the property which Durban Retainer walls are aware of from the issue with the line poles to the supervisor hitting the side of my house with their vehicles to the staff writing their contact numbers on the blocks and cement after the work was being completed.From a 5 week project this lasted 12 weeks . I contacted the owner after several excuses on them removing my t line poles and he requested me to do the necessary and he will pay. He has been lying for the last month and has still not paid for the damages. I suggest been very careful when using this company to do any work as they have caused unnecessary stress and loss of money to me.
