We bought an used corolla cross last month. When we wanted to test drive, the battery was flat. They jump start the car and we took it for a test drive. We bought thr car and they said they will replace thr battery with a new one. Suddenly the "new" battery is giving us problems and we are without a vehicle. Never buy a car far from where you stay because we cannot go in to their office to resolve and they giving us a cold shoulder.

Very disappointed with the service received after purchasing a Toyota Vitz from Durban South Toyota last month. My mother paid cash for the vehicle, and unfortunately, once the deal was done, there was absolutely no customer service. Within two weeks, the car broke down and would not start. It also struggles to drive uphill and cannot even make it in first gear. We have left multiple messages, but the sales team never calls back. Carlos, the salesperson, made promises that have not been honoured, and we feel completely misled. No assistance, no accountability, and not even an offer to help with an alternative vehicle at the same price. Paying cash should not mean you receive zero after-sales support. Extremely disappointing experience.

Thandi sales executive had exceeded expectations. I visited DBSouth Toyota to view car i was going to purchase in the next few months, Thandi took me through as first time buyer by explaining everything i end signing the deal same day. Overall best customer service i received from her.

It has been with utmost dissatisfaction I write this review. Durban South Toyota has *****ulently marked my service plan at mileage 45000 km in January 2025 and expired my service plan. My car’s mileage is currently only at 34000 km and the service advisor in January 2025 indicated I can still bring the car in for a service in December 2025. Several attempts were made to contact the Service Advisor Ntokozo whom promised to contact me back but never did to rectify the wrong that was done. There has been no response from Toyota Durban South despite my numerous attempts to call and also email the service manager. This is *****ulent activity and if not rectified I will be forced to take legal action n report this to the police.
