We bought an used corolla cross last month. When we wanted to test drive, the battery was flat. They jump start the car and we took it for a test drive. We bought thr car and they said they will replace thr battery with a new one. Suddenly the "new" battery is giving us problems and we are without a vehicle. Never buy a car far from where you stay because we cannot go in to their office to resolve and they giving us a cold shoulder.

My ISP is Crisp fibre, I have been I am experiencing consistently low internet speeds, significantly below the speeds promised in my service plan. I have tested the connection at close range (3 meters from the router) and across different connection types. Most of my devices only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and switching to 5GHz is not a viable solution. I mentioned this because Kyle informed me that it is a fact that I experience low speeds because I am connecting on 2.4Ghz and not 5Ghz. What he doesn't realize is that I am testing next to the router and should not have any effect. For the first year the speeds are on average very good, but not close to what I pay for, but acceptable. I have started logging speed test results to document the issue. I will continue to record these results. I kindly request that you escalate this issue and perform a full diagnostic on my line and equipment. If this issue persists, I may need to escalate it to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Up till now you ignore my email I sent, and have yet to answer my email. I logged calls and received tickets, just to be closed again. This is unprofessional.
We booked AND PAID our long stay parking from 9 Jan to 12 Jan 2025. We struggled to get out. This is a very bad coordinated service. Every time we use this service you have to push the button to ask the lady on the other side to open for us. This is not as if we had to pay at the gate, we received a "bar" code to scan at the gate, but this doesn't work. ACSA get your place in order or get people who can do it for you!!
I used Lift Airlines on Thursday last week, 9 Jan 2024 at 14:00 from OR Tambo to Cape Town. I am scared of flying but had a woman's pilot and she flew wonderful. No shaking or strange things in the air, very good landing, she was wonderful thanks lift!
I am currently a private customer for many years at FNB. You have to earn a minimum income to be a private customer. This morning I attempt to buy a very cheap Samsung A6 device of about R2500 on a contract and the transaction was declined. I have more than 3 times in my savings, my house is worth 1000 times this amount, my current account has more money in than this phone!!!! How on earth does this make sense?? I escalated this inside the banking app, without any success. I called the private banker, but she couldn't tell me why this happened. I am paying much more per month for this service, for nothing in return. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. FNB failed me dismally!!!!! I will buy it cash from another supplier, but I need the reason why it was declined, this is unacceptable.
Multichoice, I just called in to enquire about your services and the *********** helpdesk lady connected my card. I have never used the services during that time and your records are showing that, but the problem is you handed me over to debt collectors, how stupid! I want an official letter from you that I am in the clear.
New subscribers to Web Squad be very careful when signing on. They tell you it is month to month, but this is not true. You have to stay with them for 6 months before you may cancel your contract. I now have a problem with the openserve fibre, this is not Web Squad problem, and would like to go for wireless, but because of the 6 months minimum contract, I have to pay for another 4 months and nobody can clear the fault on the openserve fibre. This is so annoying!
I cancelled my cover with Outsurance. Outsurance debit my account on 1 March 2024 for the month, but after cancelling with them, the cover is only valid till the 29th and I will have to pay a pro-rata amount at the new company to be covered for the rest of the month. How on earth is it possible to pay on the 1st but I am only covered till the 29th!! Shame on you Outsurance!!
I made a call to Multichoice last year to find out about the pricing for the rugby world cub. I never joined or asked to be connected. They connected me and a month later tried to bill me. After many emails, Multichoice realized they made a mistake by listening to the recording, that I don't owe them anything. They gave me over to debt collectors, and now they are harassing me. Common Multichoice, wake up and update with an email to your debt collectors. I get calls every week now. This is extremely annoying. This will come back to you one day!!!!
