Very disappointed with the service received after purchasing a Toyota Vitz from Durban South Toyota last month. My mother paid cash for the vehicle, and unfortunately, once the deal was done, there was absolutely no customer service.
Within two weeks, the car broke down and would not start. It also struggles to drive uphill and cannot even make it in first gear. We have left multiple messages, but the sales team never calls back. Carlos, the salesperson, made promises that have not been honoured, and we feel completely misled.
No assistance, no accountability, and not even an offer to help with an alternative vehicle at the same price. Paying cash should not mean you receive zero after-sales support. Extremely disappointing experience.
