Do Not Use Ever
Utter sharks - these people do not deserve to be in business. How they managed to get insurance clearance from my insurance company for a balance of third party insured car is beyond me. Very suspicious insistence on cash only. Also once the vehicle is pushed into the street they wash their hands of you completely. DO NOT USE EVER! These people are linked to Durban South Panel Beaters - given the treatment above I would be careful of them too.

Excellent service
I would like to thank Nkululeko and his boss for assisting me last night when I had a flat tyre of which the road assistance provider was unable to assit me. Thank you very much for making sure that I was safe and I would never forget Nkululeko for his kindness.

Dishonest and overcharge
Client had an accident a week ago. One of Durban Towing services vehicles arrived for assistance and promised the world. Legitimate business that are approved by all insurers etc etc. Towed vehicle and promised no worries about storage over weekend etc. That was Thursday, 30 April. Tuesday when vehicle had to go to insurers yard they wanted R18 000. Job should not be more than R5 000. That is stealing from people when they are already in need! Disgusting and why tow truck companies have the reputation they have
