Asics decline responsibility for faulty product
Bought a new pair of Asics that very quickly started tearing. Poobie Naidoo's & Asics SA have used every single excuse not to take responsibility, Sick of companies happy to take your money, but no responsibility for their sub-par product.

Shoe defetc, no responsibilty from supplier
I bought a pair of Asics trailrunning shoes last in October 2021 from Poobie Naidoos. Soon it started showing tears on the top. I contacted Poobie Naidoos but they say they contacted Asics, but because its older than 6 month Asics declined any action. I have requested the correspondence many times, yet have never received and Poobie Naidoos are not replying to any emails since then. I believe nothing have been done and they just dont want to take any responsibility. yet were very happy to take our money on the day when we bought 4 pairs of shoes and other items. Spending +- R10 000 with them,

Amazing Amanda from PG Glass Pinetown
I phoned Amanda at you Pinetown branch and urgently needed a windscreen for a vehicle, Must have tomorrow, Unfortunately not in stock and if ordered will have monday only. Being Friday 2:30PM most would have just said, Sorry, see you on Monday. Instead she phoned other branches and got back to me within a few minutes saying Mobile will assist and got them to phone me. Wow, Great service do still exist

Dishonest and overcharge
Client had an accident a week ago. One of Durban Towing services vehicles arrived for assistance and promised the world. Legitimate business that are approved by all insurers etc etc. Towed vehicle and promised no worries about storage over weekend etc. That was Thursday, 30 April. Tuesday when vehicle had to go to insurers yard they wanted R18 000. Job should not be more than R5 000. That is stealing from people when they are already in need! Disgusting and why tow truck companies have the reputation they have

Terrible after sales service
<p>These guys were very happy to sell us a vehicle, but once paid and off their floor it became another issue.</p> <p>The incorrect tracker were installed. We paid for a license on the trade in which were to be reimbursed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont get feedback. Managers / Dealer Principle doesnt respond.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointing!!</p>
