Outstanding repair and friendly service

I had my car fixed at Durban South Panelbeater in December, and I’m extremely happy with the results — the car looks brand new.

I really appreciate that the team went above and beyond by taking care of small TLC items in addition to the original fix. The quality of workmanship truly shows their attention to detail. However, I would have appreciated being informed earlier about these additional fixes, as the access final cost was higher than I initially expected and did catch me by surprise, which unfortunately had a negative impact on my December holiday plans.

Overall, Durban South Panelbeater delivers excellent service and quality work. A special mention to Mel and Godfrey at the front desk for their warm, welcoming, and consistently friendly service — it made the experience even better.
