I had my car fixed at Durban South Panelbeater in December, and I’m extremely happy with the results — the car looks brand new. I really appreciate that the team went above and beyond by taking care of small TLC items in addition to the original fix. The quality of workmanship truly shows their attention to detail. However, I would have appreciated being informed earlier about these additional fixes, as the access final cost was higher than I initially expected and did catch me by surprise, which unfortunately had a negative impact on my December holiday plans. Overall, Durban South Panelbeater delivers excellent service and quality work. A special mention to Mel and Godfrey at the front desk for their warm, welcoming, and consistently friendly service — it made the experience even better. Highly recommended.

Placed a withdrawal notice to my Educational Plan Policy a week ago but to-date I have not received the money. The school are open, I need to buy things for my child but I can't now because Sanlam is too busy to process the funds just for one person. Are you guys still using paper work or something, running around to your manager to get a signature for for withdrawal of my own money ? Or you still borrowing it somewhere? This is ridiculous ... Imagine the other policies I have with you. Please advise what should I do? Cancell all my policies with you??
Hi Please assist me urgently. I applied for a personal loan last week at Nedbank but unfortunately it was rejected. It was declined because of the car I took through MFC, there is an outstanding amount which needs to be paid. I have checked with my insurance and they have confirmed that I had a shortfall and that amount should have been settled through it. The person who was assisting me with this matter for car settlement was Lesego Kganane but she is not assisting at all. I have been trying to contact her from last week via emails and calls without success. She not saying anything and this is not the first time I am complaining about her. In 2019 I also got the same treatment, although she mentioned that she was off-sick but she only replied after I logged a complaint. I also haven't received back the money they debited for the written-off vehicle. As a Nedbank client I am not happy at all with this kind of treatment. Can you please get someone else to assist me with matter. I have been using Nedbank for more than 10 years now but to get this kind of treatment is not acceptable at all. Thank you.
