Horrible Service delivery and customer experience

If I Could add no stars, I would. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM! They Sold my friend a car. She made it less than 8km from the dealership when the car's engine shut off while she was driving.

Not only did this put her in danger, but also other travelers.

She requested a refund and cancellation of her purchase. The owner and staff flat-out refused to refund the vehicle and cancel the agreement.

They also advised here there is nothing wrong with the vehicle despite their own mechanic saying there is an issue. They then said they sent the car for an evaluation. When calling the referenced business, they had never seen or worked on the vehicle.

They are still in possession of the vehicle after collecting it on the side of the road last week after the incident.
