Dr SP Siphamandla Philasande Zulu

I visited Dr. Siphamandla Philasande Zulu at Suite 1114, 11th Floor, to receive a norethisterone contraceptive. However, the claim submitted to Bonitas was for Depo-Provera 1ml, which is incorrect. I was charged R589.04 for this service.

When I contacted the receptionist to address the error, she was extremely rude and refused to apologize. Her attitude was dismissive, and I felt disrespected. Even during the consultation, she appeared uninterested, did not respond to my questions, and instructed me to leave my ID and go print my medical aid card, despite having a digital version.

This experience was deeply disappointing, and I do not intend to return to this practice.
